Nicol Stephen

Nicol Stephen is a Liberal Democrat peer. He was previously MP for Kincardine and Deeside (1991–1992) and MSP for Aberdeen South (1999–2011), during which time he was the leader of the Scottish Liberal Democrats (2005–2008).
