MPs who voted to keep abortion limit at 24 weeks

The majority of MPs voted against adding an new paragraph to the Human Fertilisation and Embryology Bill to change the time limit for the legal termination of pregnancy from 24 weeks to 22 weeks.[1]
A preceding attempt to change the limit to 20 weeks had also failed.[2] 31 MPs voted who voted against changing to 20 weeks, voted for changing to 22 weeks.[3]

Conservative
(* = Ian Liddell-Grainger voted to reduce the limit to 20 weeks, but in the subsequent vote opted to keep the limit at 24 weeks)
- Adam Afriyie, the Conservative spokesman for Science and Technology, voted to oppose the reduction of the time limit to 12 weeks, but did not vote on the later 16, 20 and 22 weeks proposals.
Labour
(* = Shahid Malik voted to reduce the limit to 20 weeks, but in the subsequent vote over 22 weeks, opted to keep the limit at 24 weeks.)
