Washington and Sunderland West

Washington and Sunderland West is a Parliamentary constituency in the North East of England. It was created in 2010, with wards coming from from the former constituencies of Houghton and Washington East, Gateshead East and Washington West, Sunderland North and Sunderland South.

The current MP is Sharon Hodgson (Labour), who was previously MP for Gateshead East and Washington West.
