Death Penalty

I don't see how the death penalty counts as a skeptical issue. I'm prepared to change my mind if people want to persuade me, or if the community thinks this is an issue worth including. Note: This is not to say I don't see an MPs stance on the death penalty as an issue of interest - it's just not a skeptical issue.

I have removed the following text from Gregory Campbell's page:

== Death Penalty ==
In a House of Commons debate on a world-wide ban on capital punishment, Campbell said that the death penalty was an appropriate punishment and was unlikely to be reintroduced into the UK because of a "cosy consensus" amongst politicians<ref>http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/northern_ireland/foyle_and_west/8331260.stm</ref>.
