Richard Tracey

Richard Tracey is the Conservative member of the London Assembly for Merton and Wandsworth. He was MP for Surbiton from 1983 until 1997, when the constituency was abolished, and unsuccessfully stood for election in Kingston and Surbiton in 1997.
